- Place your main hand flat;
- Take the measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your hand — this is usually across the knuckles (not including the thumb);
- Make sure the tape sits flat against your skin. It should be snug, but not squeezing your hand;
- Bring the end of the tape around until it overlaps with the rest of the tape;
- Look at the number where the tape meets the starting point. That number is your hand circumference.
- Keep your fingers together but relaxed;
- Measure 2–3 times to make sure you get a consistent result;
- If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort;
- If you don't have a measuring tape, you can wrap any other non-stretchy object around your palm and then measure it with a ruler.
